CREATOR QUICK START
From an idea to your first show
Use this checklist to prepare a complete upload, make your show easy to discover and give viewers a reason to return. Already approved? Open Partner Login.
1. Get into the right account
New creators should start at Become A Creator. Existing creators should use Partner Login and the email used during onboarding. If you can sign in as a viewer but cannot see upload tools, ask the team to check your creator approval and account access.
2. Make your show easy to understand
- Choose one clear show or channel name.
- Write a short bio explaining who the show is for and what viewers will get.
- Choose the categories that match the actual content.
- Pick a realistic release rhythm you can maintain.
3. Prepare the episode package
- Video: play the beginning, middle and end of the file; check speech, music levels and picture quality.
- Title: say what happens or what the viewer will learn. Replace filenames such as final_edit_v3.
- Short description: explain the episode in one or two clear sentences.
- Full description: include the topic, guests, useful context and any relevant credits.
- Covers: prepare a portrait image and a landscape image that match the episode. Follow the size requirements shown in the upload form.
- Access and audience: choose appropriate categories, age information and availability. Review every field before submitting.
4. Check permission and credits
Use footage, music, artwork and guest material you are permitted to publish. Add accurate credits where needed. Review the Creator Guidelines before submitting.
5. Upload, then check processing
Open the available upload tools in your partner dashboard. Complete the required fields, add the covers and submit. Wait for processing or review to finish before telling viewers the episode is ready. If the form displays an error, keep the exact message and take a screenshot.
6. Test the viewer experience
- Open the public episode link in a separate browser window.
- Check that the title, description and cover match the video.
- Test playback and sound. Check that the intended audience can access it.
- Copy the final public link for promotion.
7. Launch with a clear invitation
Share a short preview on your existing social channels and tell viewers what the full episode offers. Link directly to the episode. End with a useful next step: watch the next episode, save the show or return for the next release.
A simple first-week plan
Prepare: finish your profile and episode package. Publish: upload and test the public link. Promote: share a preview and one behind-the-scenes moment. Learn: review available performance data and choose one improvement for the next episode.

Artwork that viewers can recognize
- Use an image or frame that represents the actual episode.
- Keep your show identity consistent and make the episode topic readable on a phone.
- Prepare landscape 1280 × 720 and portrait 1080 × 1620 covers when requested by the upload form. Use square 1080 × 1080 or banner 3840 × 1440 only in the corresponding fields.
- Keep important text away from edges and use only artwork you have permission to publish.
Captions and accessible descriptions
Prepare accurate captions where upload tools support them. Include speech, meaningful sounds and speaker identification when unclear. Review automatic captions, especially names and numbers. Keep them synchronized and readable.
A descriptive transcript also explains important visuals that are not spoken aloud. Keep captions and transcripts with the episode package; if no caption field is available, ask support about the supported delivery method.

Before every release
Confirm the source plays, processing is complete, covers match, descriptions are accurate, categories and audience information are appropriate, rights and credits are checked, and the public link works for the intended viewer. Report a blocker rather than repeatedly uploading the same file.
Measure progress
Record release date, title, available views/watch time and the promotion used. Compare with your own earlier episodes. Aim for a consistent release and a better viewer experience; audience growth and earnings are not guaranteed.
